ABOUT ME
My name is Ivy (she/her) and I'm a big lover of burritos, ice cream, and coffee. Fitness is pretty great, too. I believe life is all about balance, that life is too short to drink shitty coffee, and that every balanced diet should include ice cream and tacos.
Why should you train with me? I'm an ACE certified Personal Trainer and MNU Certified Nutritionist and I've tried just about every type of workout and diet fad out there (HIIT, Master Cleanse, etc.) - it wasn't until I started lifting weights and learning about energy balance that I started seeing consistent results while feeling pretty awesome about my body. Now I want to share what I've learned to help y'all feel like a badass. No BS, no sale gimmicks. Just consistency and hard work.

Workout plans, form checks, nutrition guidance, motivation, and goal setting: all done via emails and optional zoom check-ins. Great for those with crazy schedules, like train at home, or want their time in the gym to be "their time". We work together to set out a game plan that works for you, so you get the results you want.

Food is more than just weight loss! I take a weight-neutral approach to nutrition. I meet you where you're at in life to help you build a healthy relationship with food to be healthy and strong. This can be monthly nutrition coaching or a one off consult. call.

Whether you already know the basics of what to do and what to take your training to the next level, have never lifted a dumbbell before and what to learn the basics or want to learn how to box! Workout in the comfort of my home gym, equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell + squat rack, resistance bands and more.
